Randoph founded five different organizations in just the 1980’s and founded IntegrityQA the year before founding Netflix. Most recently in 2012, Randolph co-founded an analytics software company, Looker Data Sciences, which helps businesses collect and understand the data that drives business. With knowledge and experience that applies to any business or industry, Randoph currently serves as an advisor, mentor, CEO coach, and occasionally board member to numerous other startups.
