From the Three Mile Island disaster in the late 1970s to the 2016 presidential campaign, CNN's chief political analyst Gloria Borger has covered major news events in the U.S. for nearly 40 years. Borger regularly appears on “The Situation Room” with Wolf Blitzer, “The Lead” with Jake Tapper and many other of the network's primetime programs.
Some of Borger’s key recent news coverage at CNN has included the 2016 presidential election, 2014 mid-term elections, 2013 government shutdown, the Boston Marathon bombing investigation, and the hunt for Osama bin Laden.
