Joy Bauer’s goal is to make healthy, life-giving meal and snack recipes that are simple, delicious and 100% doable. Her presentations are based on cutting-edge scientific principles and research, but practical to implement. She shows participants how to incorporate disease-fighting food into recipes that are simple and easy to prepare.
“By just changing what’s on their plate,” says Bauer, “I’ve helped people reduce their blood pressure, lower their cholesterol, reclaim their energy, sleep better, lose weight, activate their memory, boost libido and fight off headaches. Food has healing power; it’s nature’s medicine.” Bauer promises audiences they will change the way they look at food forever.
